Motivational Mondays: Do it for the future you

Sometimes when you cannot seem to find the motivation to get up early to train, when you want to go home after work and have a glass of wine on the couch instead of getting some exercise done or have sleep ins and long boozy lunchesĀ on weekends instead of working on your fitness and strength, think about how your future self is going to feel. Will you feel better if you are fit and strong or after consuming too many empty calories and waking up lethargic and with a headache? Think about and do what your future self will thank you for!
