Motivational Mondays: Respect yourself

Just a reminder today that you need to be kind and compassionate to yourself in order to have the energy and the drive to be so to other people. Set aside some time every day to work through your thoughts and identify those which are not so kind and ask yourself why you are being so hard on yourself. Be patient with yourself. Treat yourself by buying yourself some flowers or go to your local coffee shops and enjoy a milkshake, a slice of cake or a good coffee (whatever your choice of indulgence might be). Respect yourself and respect for others will come more naturally.
