We are almost half way through Winter and we hope our ongoing motivation to get moving during this cold and dark season (remember, it could always be worse) is helping! We are sure you have heard today’s mantra a few times – we sure have! But, we are sharing it anyway because it is so very true. Instead of wasting your time during the already energetic Summer months rebuilding your strength and getting your fitness back, keep it maintained during Winter and it will be so much easier to enjoy your Summer. Also, you will look great when all the layers come off. 🙂
