We absolutely love Instagram as a platform to stay motivated and inspired to keep well and healthy! There are so many Instagrammers such as personal trainers, nutritionists, yogis and wellness coaches that post tips and tricks that we should probably dedicate an entire post to all our favourites (and we would love some suggestions?).
A great way to keep on track is to follow Instagram challenges. At the beginning of the month the Instagrammers that are ‘hosting’ the challenge post a summary of all the tasks, exercises, poses, things that you have to do along with the hashtag for that particular challenge. You then take a picture of yourself each day doing the respective ‘thing’ or your interpretation thereof and post it to Instagram along with the hashtag and tagging the ‘hosts’. The sense of community is incredible! Using the hashtag, you can follow other challengers and share experiences, tips, words of encouragement and so on!
